Photocopy the letter and send copies to all parties. Don't forget to ask for a reply.

Evidence is not enough. This has been provided to the media, the police, the RSPCA and the government repeatedly since the early 90s.

Public pressure is the essential ingredient which will push an issue over the line. Until there are changes IN LAW concerning farm animals, plus a vigorous RSPCA to enforce them, nothing will change.
