Animals for Food

The use of animals for food is all-pervasive. It is not just the meat, eggs and dairy that humans eat: animal-derived products are found in an overwhelming amount of processed food, such as gelatine, food colourings and additives.

Animals are purpose-bred, raised and slaughtered in horrific conditions to satisfy humans’ ever-growing lust for animal products. Not only is eating meat and animal products terrible for the animals, it is bad for human health and disastrous for the environment.
